How do installations and setup work?

Install is quick - usually within a few hours per site or vehicle. We guide you through the process remotely or on-site or deploy a certified partner to do it on-site.

Does it work on multi-site operations?

Yes. The dashboard supports multiple locations, each with its own set of zones, alerts and configurations - ideal for logistics networks and multi-site factories.

Can I start small and scale later?

Absolutely. Many customers start with a pilot with several vehicles or zones, then expand. The system is modular and grows with your site.

How quickly can we get started?

In most cases, the system is fully operational within 1 day after delivery. Installation is fast, and onboarding is smooth with our support team or certified partners.

Can I use the system outdoors as well?

Yes. Lopos is rugged and weatherproof - designed for both indoor and outdoor use, including loading docks, yards, and unpaved surfaces. No GPS needed.

Is the system compatible with all types of forklifts (electric, gas, etc.)?

Yes, Lopos works on all forklift types - electric, diesel, LPG. In rare cases, a small retrofit may be needed to activate speed control, but most trucks delivered in the last decade are fully compatible.

What’s the difference between beacons and AI cameras?

Beacons offer ultra-precise distance-based detection using UWB, ideal for all-round safety. Our AI camera adds smart visual detection - great for blind spots and pedestrian recognition. You can start with one and upgrade anytime.

Do I need to modify my forklifts or infrastructure?

No major changes needed. Lopos is plug & play - our beacons and sensors can be mounted on any industrial vehicle without changing the truck itself or your site infrastructure.

How does the proximity warning system work?

Lopos uses ultra-wideband (UWB) signals and/or AI-powered cameras to detect when people, vehicles or zones come too close. The system gives real-time alerts or automatically slows down vehicles, preventing collisions before they happen.
